Delete users

Describes how to delete users in the KSV web console.

This topic describes how to delete users in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console. You can delete non-admin users in the KSV web console. User admin cannot be deleted.

Prerequisites

The user that you use has been granted the permissions to use the Users module. The Users module is available only to user admin.

Delete a user

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Users to go to the user management page.

  3. On the Local Users page, click the name of the desired user. The details page of the user appears.

  4. On the left side of the details page, click operation-menu and select Delete from the drop-down list.

  5. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.

    common:WARNING

    The user cannot be restored after it is deleted. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.

Delete multiple users at a time

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Users to go to the user management page.

  3. On the Local Users page, select the check boxes next to the users that you want to delete, and click Delete.

  4. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.

    Users cannot be restored after they are deleted. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.
