Resize disk resources

Describes how to resize disk resources in the KSV web console.

This topic describes how to resize disk resources in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console.

Prerequisites

The user that you use has been granted the permissions to manage disks. Only user admin, project administrators, and operators can manage disks. Project viewers can view only disks in the projects to which they belong. For more information about permissions, see Disks.

Resize from the list of disks

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Virtual Resources to go to the management page of virtual resources.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Disks.

  4. Find the disk that you want to resize, click operation-menu on the right side, and then select Resize from the drop-down list.

  5. In the dialog box that appears, modify the disk size and click OK.

Resize from the disk details page

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Virtual Resources to go to the management page of virtual resources.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Disks.

  4. On the Disks page, click the name of the disk that you want to manage. The details page of the disk appears.

  5. On the left side of the disk details page, click Resize.

  6. In the dialog box that appears, modify the disk size and click OK.
