Describes how to add a member to a project in the KSV web console.

This topic describes how to add a member to a project in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console.

Prerequisites

Make sure you are logged in as user admin or a project administrator. Project operators and viewers have no permissions to manage project members or roles.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Virtual Resources to go to the management page of virtual resources.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Projects.

  4. On the Projects page, click the name of the project that you want to manage. The details page of the project appears.

  5. On the right side of the project details page, click the Members tab, and then click Invite User in the upper-right corner.

  6. In the dialog box that appears, select the user that you want to add to the project and select a project role from the drop-down list. KSV provides the following member roles:

    RoleDescription
    Viewer
View only all resources in the projects to which they belong.
