Delete alert policies

Describes how to delete alert policies in the KSV web console.

This topic describes how to delete alert policies in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console.

Prerequisites

User admin can delete all alert policies in your cluster. Project administrators and operators can delete the alert policies created on their own, and project viewers cannot delete alert policies.

Delete an alert policy

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click O&M Tools to go to the management page of O&M tools.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Alerts.

  4. On the Alert Policies tab, find the alert policy that you want to delete, click operation-menu, and then select Delete from the drop-down list.

  5. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.

    common:WARNING

    The alert policy cannot be restored after it is deleted. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.

Delete multiple alert policies at a time

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click O&M Tools to go to the management page of O&M tools.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Alerts.

  4. On the Alert Policies tab, select the checkboxes next to the policies that you want to delete and click Delete in the upper-left corner.

  5. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.

    common:WARNING

    Alert policies cannot be restored after they are deleted. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.
