View disks

Describes how to view disks in the KSV web console.

This topic describes how to view disks in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console.

User admin can view all disks created in your cluster. Common users such as project administrators, operators, and viewers can view the disks created in the projects to which they belong.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Virtual Resources to go to the management page of virtual resources.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Disks.

    You can view all disks in the project. The following table describes the parameters.

    ParameterDescription
    Name
    The custom name of the disk.
    The name can contain only lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens (-), and must start and end with a lowercase letter or a digit. The name can contain up to 16 characters in length.
    ID
    The universally unique identifier (UUID) of the disk in the system.
    Status
    The status of the disk.
    Size
    Th size of the disk.
    VM
    The VM to which the disk is mounted.
    Project
    The project name in which the disk is created.
    Created by
    The username that is used to create the disk.
  4. (Optional) Click the search box above the disk list and set query conditions to search for disks by name or ID. For example, use Name:ab to search for disks whose name contains the string ab.

  5. (Optional) In the upper-right corner of the page, click refresh to refresh data.
