View the details of a timer policy

Describes how to view the details of a timer policy in the KSV web console.

This topic describes how to view timer policies in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console.

Prerequisites

User admin can view all timer policies created in your cluster. Common users such as project administrators, operators, and viewers can view the timer policies created in the projects to which they belong.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the KSV web console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click O&M Tools to go to the management page of O&M tools.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Timer > Timer Policies.

  4. On the Timer Policies tab, click the name of the timer policy that you want to view. The details page of the timer policy appears.

  5. In the Basic Info section, view basic information about the timer policy.

    ParameterDescription
    ID
    The universally unique identifier (UUID) of the timer policy in the system.
    Interval
    The interval at which the timer task runs. A timer task can run every day, every N days, every N hours, every week, or every month.
    Execution Time
    The point in time at which the timer task runs.
    Created at
    The time when the timer policy was created.
    Created by
    The username that is used to create the timer policy.
  6. On the Timer Tasks tab, view the timer tasks that use the timer policy.

    ParameterDescription
    Name
    The custom name of the timer task.
    ID
    The UUID of the timer task in the system.
    Status
    The status of the timer task.
    Operation
    The operation to perform by the timer task. Valid values: Start VM, Stop VM, Restart VM, and Create Snapshot.
    Success / Failure
    The number of times that the task succeeded and failed.
  7. (Optional) Click the search box above the timer task list and specify a condition to search for timer tasks by name or ID. For example, use Name:ab to search for timer tasks whose name contains the string ab.
