View images
Describes how to view images in the KSV web console.
This topic describes how to view images in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console.
User admin can view all images created in your cluster. Common users such as project administrators, operators, and viewers can view all system images and the images created in the projects to which they belong.
Procedure
Log in to the KSV web console.
In the top navigation bar, click Virtual Resources to go to the management page of virtual resources.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose VMs > Images to go to the management page of VM images.
On the System Images, Private Images, or Shared Images tab, view the images of a specific type. For more information about images of different types, see Images.
You can view all images in the project. The following table describes the parameters.
Parameter Description NameThe custom name of the image.IDThe universally unique identifier (UUID) of the image in the system.StatusThe status of the image.If an image is in an abnormal state, one of the following messages may appear:- Failed to create the image
- Failed to import the image
OSThe OS type of the image.VersionThe OS version of the image.CPUThe CPU configuration defined in the image.MemoryThe memory size defined in the image.System DiskThe system disk size defined in the image.SharedSpecifies whether the image can be shared with other users.Shared byThe user who enables the sharing feature for the image. This parameter is available only on the Shared Images tab.(Optional) Click the search box above the image list and specify query conditions to search for images by ID, name, or sharing status. For example, use Name:ab to search for images whose name contains the string ab.
(Optional) In the upper-right corner of the page, click to refresh data.
