Edit a physical network

This topic describes how to edit a physical network in the KubeSphere Virtualization (KSV) web console. The edit operation allows you to modify the name and description of a physical network.

Prerequisites

The user that you use has been granted the permissions to use the Physical Resources module. The Physical Resources module is available only to user admin.

Edit from the list of physical networks

1. Log in to the KSV web console.

2. In the top navigation bar, click Physical Resources to go to the management page of physical resources.

3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Networks > Physical Networks to go to the management page of physical networks.

4. Find the physical network that you want to edit, click on the right side, and then select Edit from the drop-down list.

5. In the dialog box that appears, modify Name and Description of the physical network, and click OK.

Edit from the physical network details page

1. Log in to the KSV web console.

2. In the top navigation bar, click Physical Resources to go to the management page of physical resources.

3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Networks > Physical Networks to go to the management page of physical networks.

4. On the Physical Networks page, click the name of the physical network that you want to view. The details page of the physical network appears.

5. On the left side of the physical network details page, click Edit in the upper-left corner.

6. In the dialog box that appears, modify Name and Description of the physical network, and click OK.
